Fair Pathways Inc. provides coaching, support, and educational content. Coaching is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Bookings & Payments
Coaching sessions are scheduled in advance. Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with reasonable notice.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable. We will provide receipts for all donations.
User Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully with coaches and staff and to use the site lawfully. We may suspend services for abusive conduct.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site is the property of Fair Pathways Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair Pathways Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
