Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching focuses on present-to-future growth, goals, and action. If you're in crisis or need immediate help, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988). If clinical mental-health care is needed, we'll help you find the right support.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — most clients meet virtually. We can also come to you (in-home, workplace, or agreed location). In-person sessions are available by request.

What are the rules for in-person visits?

We travel within a 30-mile radius of our base location. In-person visits should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel a home visit, please give us 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.

How long is a session?

Sessions are 30 minutes to 1 hour. Discovery calls are 20 minutes and complimentary.

How much does coaching cost?

Discovery calls are free. Single sessions are $75. We also offer packages: 4 sessions for $200, or 8 sessions for $500. We'll go over options during your call to find what fits you best.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Fair Pathways is currently a for-profit organization pivoting to nonprofit status. We'll provide a receipt for every donation. Consult your tax advisor for deductibility based on your situation.
